nc_content; CaesarIA is a real-time strategy game where players build a Roman city from the ground up in order to lead their empire to glory against the barbarians, Egyptians and Carthaginians. This game is pretty much the same as the one for Windows, but now adapted for Android devices. Players start from scratch and initially can only construct buildings. And thus this is exactly what you will do. By building houses you'll attract more and more citizens, but to keep them happy (and alive), you'll need to build many other types of structures: watchtowers, wells, amphitheaters, temples and much more. You must construct a genuine Roman metropolis if you want to prevail. In CaesarIA, you must keep in mind many different aspects about your city. The houses for your citizens to inhabit are fundamental, but water and footpaths are also absolutely indispensable. You'll thus have to build roads and aqueducts that connect all the important parts of your city. During the battles in CaesarIA, players won't in fact give direct orders to their troops. Instead your work consists simply of indicating where the troops should go and their level of discipline will dictate the way they act and fight. CaesarIA is a free, open-source remake of Caesar III with outstanding gameplay, and graphics that, although inherited from the 90s, are still delightful today. This version for Android also offers different control options.
